Hello friends,
I would like to share my experience on Policybazzar website.
I have seen lots of advertisements of policybazar.com in the web.
I give my name and mobile number on the form given on the website.
This site in our mind, the level of the good and service is normal as far as policy's are concerned. When we all talking about the support is very bad because they dont know knowledge of the policy.
As for rules are concerned they are fully confused and process executives dont know about that.
The contents are huge in this site when comparison site between the different plans of each sectors.
When I purchased a insurance on my two wheeler, that was a bit expensive and emi very increasing every month and they naming by some taxes when I complained to service. They could not support for me.
The site is user friendly and easily handle, but the restrictions are not well planned, maintained and the information are fully confused.
This website is very slow to load, web page is opened very slowly.
The customer service are really bad.
I kindly tell you all to think for before using this policy bazzar.
