I am an avid pizza fan. Four of us decided to order from Pizza Corner on 8/9/07. We called Malleshwaram branch at around 1.10pm, where Samuel took my orders and confirmed it.
The brigade road branch called me at 2.30, asking me for address, when address is already mentioned and when I asked why it has not been delivered even after one hour, he said it was due to traffic jam. Brigade road PC is less than 1km from Manipal Centre, and at the maximum it will take 10 minutes to reach the destination. The person also hung up on me when I questioned him.
I have never received this kind of treatment from Dominoes and Pizza Hut. Even if they are late, it is just by a few minutes and they manager calls to apologize.I am also publishing the above matter on all available blogs and consumer complaint forums online.
They then wanted to give the pizza complimentary, but this does not change my sentiments about they shabby delivery and service.
