We went to celebrate new year hearing that Mcleodganj is one of the best place to do so. Soon we started searching for the best hotel and our search ended up at Pink House. We selected super deluxe room( 903) which has the best scenic view you can imagine of. They have two buildings now and we got room in the new one which has got the new infra and good look too. Also we booked online with good discount and it costs us 5700 bucks for 2N/3D including breakfast. The staff is good and very helpful. We didn't tried other meals but the breakfast options are good in the restaurant attached to it. The kashmiri khewa tea is a must have along with the cheese omlet. The location is the walking distance from the main market which makes it the best choice. The only thing to keep in mind is, you need to step down around 60 steps from the main road to get access of the hotel. So bit difficult for elderly people who are not so stairs friendly. But apart from that there is no look back.
