This is the most famous payments app that everyone knows about. I personally don't like this app at all. This app provides a wallet to which money can only be added and can't be spent on anything. If one needs to withdraw the money from the app he must complete the "KYC" but that will never happen because there is no procedure for it. Even the help section is useless and does not provide any useful information about the KYC. the does not focus on one goal but many. this should be the reason for the apps failure. It boasts about many cashback offers but all the money returned is deposited in the wallet and can never be useful.
