Why I rate it the best Institute in Karnataka because I am from P E S Institute of technology. I have met lots of people from other Engineering Institutes in my last 7 years of career and I bet no one even come close the a PESITian. It has got the best professors in India and I am sure only IITs can compete this college.
I did my BE in computer Sc from this college and the best part is as soon as finished my degree, I was not hunting for job but lota of jobs were hunting me.
The Director Mr Jawahar Doraiswamy who takes care of the entire operations of the college is very friendly with the students and when I was in the college, I was surprised that he knew each and every student by name and his background.
I do agree that the canteen and hostal facilities were not upto the mark at that time but now they are of very high standards.
The Student success rate is very high (almost 90% student clear their degree in the first attempt) and the placements are at it best. They have the record of placing more than 80% students in the the best Indian and MNCs.
