I came to know about tuis website a month or two ago. I saw the products and really thought that they were providing good products. I signed up and immidiately ordered a shoes rack costed me rs 6000. As it was made out of wood, I thought that the price was really low and purchased it. When I got the thing, it was not at all looking like the product I ordered, it seemed different and the assemblers did a hate work on it. The material seemed old and really in bad shape with scratches all over it. When I tried to get to the customer care, their answers were not satisfactory, I called for refund or replace the product but it seemed they were not valuing the customer despite of this I got the delivery on time which was a good thing but for customer only product matters. I would suggest you to go on your own to a shop and buy such products.
