Once I bought a bean bag which I didn't like and wanted to return it but they said that once a product has been delivered to customers, they won't take it back. Pepperfry once they deliver the products they don't accept any returns. Even if you like the product or not, you need to keep the product with you. The quality of the bean bag was very cheap and it didn't meet expectations.
So be careful while purchasing any product from pepperfry. Keep in mind that you cannot return the product.
Pepper fry is least bothered about customer satisfaction.
