I have made an order on 8th of august and till date I have not received the item. DTDC awb no. is untraceable and nobody has known any thing in pepperfry about it. I do think that the seller has not shipped the item. the costumer care in dtdc is saying that it is a wrong number. And pepperfry is escalating the order details from last four days. The girls behind the calls are real girls (idiot and arrogant). I don't think that with this present attitude pepperfry can survive in the competitive e-Business market.
Do something pepperfry or your future is in dark
