Recently paytm launched paytmmall.com and it was highly advertised over tv through advertisements.so I ordered a golden mobile for my Samsung mobile.
I was shocked about their service.since it took 15 days to deliver the mobile cover which was very much annoying.
When the product arrived, it was in good condition. but, when I opened it the colour of the cover was black rather than gold.Also the sticknwss of the cover was not proper and it was a defective piece.
It disappoints me a lot and I complained it to paytmmall.com.they replied that the dealer was not having gold so they sent black esition of back cover but there was no reply relating to the defect.
I was shocked by their reply and understands that it cheats their customers.so dont buy products from paytmmall.com
