I know about paytm few years ago fromTV advertisment, but I just recently open my own account in paytm for my some urgent online payment and I really impressed with this.
Customer service is good by paytm and in my few weeks of use, I saw they are very fast rospnsive.
I don't yet purchase from paytm so I can't say with it's delivery timelines but I paid and received some payment and I have to say in this matter they are very quick.
App & website is quite good, I basically use it's app more then it's website and I like that. All needed options is very front page of the app. So I don't have any issues to find any important options.
My reliability is high on Paytm beacuse in my short time usage it gives me a very positive response and fast transections, which I really like about this company.
