I am amazed to see that these folks do lot of advertizements on TV but when it comes to customer they do not even care to respond. I faced an issue where I saw that if I recharge through Paytm I will receive 50 Ptmcash using a code.
While making the payment I was not given an option to enter the code anywhere. I wrote to their team thrice in last three days but no one bothered to respond. I checked their website and found that they have grievance team. I wrote to them but amazed to see no response.
Guys do not use Paytm at all.
