I want to share my experiences with Paytm.com.I have an account in paytm and I am not satisfied with its services.It often causes transaction problems and I am not going to bear with anymore.
Most often, the transactions fail to proceed.It is really very frustrating.
I wanted to call the customer care but I got no reply!
Is this the way a customer should be treated? !
When I first opened an account, I thought that it is the best online payment app but now I know that it is not.Actually, the payment systems in India are not that reliable and it will take at least twenty years to creat reliable apps, banks or online payment systems.
I am telling you Paytm.com is not that much good though it is popular in the market.
I will give it only one star.
