Paytm is India no. 1 site for recharge and bills payment. Now they have started the products selling in their site and they provide high percentage of cashback mostly with every order. But we should not be in their trap because the final price of the product after the cashback is the higher from many other online site. their delivery time is normal. they regularly launch the cashback code on the bill payment /DTH and mobile recharges and there customer services is awesome . most of the time they reply to the problem within the 24 hours. They also act like the wallet services. We can use the paytm cash on other site and the great thing is that provide the cashback also for using their wallet on other site. The one thing I don’t like about them is that we have to use the OTP every time we login in our account.
