I ordered 3 quantities of an item through PaytM. To charge me separate delivery charges, they converted my order into 3 orders. Still, I placed my order.
I received my stuff, though in ONE PACKING! Though I didn't bother about this, the items were so bad that I had to return it.
I returned the items the same way I received, i.e., 3 items in ONE PACK. The courier company opened the pack and issued 3 RETURN RECEIPTS for the items. Besides, the seller also acknowledged receipt of the items.
Now, comes the drama! Paytm informs me that they have refunded for the return. But, I found that they have refunded only for ONE ITEM! To make some extra money on delivery charges, they delivered the items in one pack, and now when I returned the same way, they treated it as ONE ITEM only!
With much difficulty(several phone calls and email messages), I managed to make them understand what had happened. After one week, I received refund but for one more item!
It's now more than a month and am struggling to get refund for the 3rd item! Though they have million users, sorry to say that they don't have a proper customer service! Cheap guys! What else can I say?
Recently, I saw big news about some people cheating Paytm, but who will report Paytm cheating us?
Think twice before you order any item through Paytm.
