The paytm introduced the new paytm bank without any charges or any monthly minimum balance. But this is only online. No branches of the bank I have seen yet.and have some problems which I get in fund transaction
The paytm bank does not respond most time. When I open bank option in paytm to see balance and all then its take time and most of the time seen unable to process.
Many time in upi transaction, the amount deduct but transaction did not complete and get me in trouble.
The virtual debit card given by the paytm of rupay is too bad to use. I have use many time and most of the time the transaction fails. So I do not use the card in important transaction or big transaction like Railways tatkal, etc.
And paytm has also introduced paytm bank ATM card which can be used anywhere in ATMs. But can't say it will perfectly work or not. All I think need more improvement in the bank.
