Patanjali product was not good for us. It was very dangerous for us. Not for safe Diabetics. It could blood pressure low negativity. Skin might lose its moisture . They are amla juice side effect .Many people not like this type juice . The smell and colour was not good. They might experience scalp dryness.face skin was also dry. Amla juice of other companies who sold this juice without preservation. Many product was good but amla juice taste was very different not good. In this product many type things include. Some people said this juice is not harmful but limit thing not harmful .always people limit range drink .Many juice are very different but in my opinion some people like patanjali product many people dislike this product. Different different flavour of this product . In hindi say amla sawaras. Amla juice is not very sweet taste it's normal taste
