Parle g is filled with the goodness of milk and wheat and the G apparently stands for glucose and genius since it is a source of strength for body and mind. It contains healthy ingredients like glucose, wheat flour, vegetable oils, milk solids etc . The flavors are delicately balanced such that the biscuit is well- liked by adults and kids . It can be enjoyed with a cold or hot beverage . These biscuits can also form the base for a pudding or a pie. Parle- g also provides instant energy . You can eat it when your meals get delayed . They should not be consumed in excess as they contain sugar and fats . But I would recommend everyone to try it . Those you don't like cream biscuits, for then parle -g can be the best choice.
