This place is spoiling cannaught place environment. if you are a shopping freak then this place is surely not for you, prefer going to mohan singh palace, which is again near cp outer circle(for men), next to rivoli cinemas or even janpath market(for women).
firstly, you will definitely find parking problem at cannaught place(F block), try parking you car in block A or block E.
the stores are selling such cheap products and quoting high prices, make you know how to bargain well, means if a shop keeper is telling you a jeans for 1500rs., don't pay him more than 600rs.
secondly, you will find many tattoo artists at palika bazar, but they are not at all hygienic and the ink they are using is again very cheap.
thirdly and most importantly, beware of pick pockets.
I have been here twice, I bought a jeans for 800rs. and that jeans clapped-out within a month just like the market.
