No. of managers are more than the no. of staff. Staff is trained in very good and professional way. When there is any crisis manager is not coming forward to help the staff. More number of destinations can be operated. Management does not bother about the loyal staff. Any body who is coming from outside is given preference as employee.
So the morale of the existing staff is at stake. Giving on time performance is very good and an important aspect of Oman Air. Providing world class service is another important aspect. Service of high quality is assured when you fly by Oman Air.
Mr.Naresh goyal is treating his staff as a family and giving all good. But there are so many middlemen in the industry affecting this process.
