I have used Ola cabs in Ahmedabad so many times and I had very good experience with it. I was having cab on time after booking. They were providing very good cabs. Driver was calling after booking confirmation and also informs after coming to the pick up point.
But I was having very bad experience at Mumbai. I had booked Ola cabs at Mumbai for 2 times. It was around 10 pm. Booking was confirmed. Driver called me for pick venue, ask the destination and after few minutes, it was cancelled. I asked driver by calling to know the reason then he replied that he doesn't want to go to that location. It was very unlikely answer.
You are providing good services at some places. But you need to maintain it at every location.
