Basicaly ola cabs are used to book taxis online and you had to charge rupees6 per kilometer and sometimes they provide good service but to some places only .
Recently I booked a cab and they accept my ride and after few time they give silly excuse like sorry tire puncture or it is raining or traffic this had happened with me many times and it become frustrating when one is in hurry . Please fix it.
