Hey Guys,
This time I am here to review Ola Cab service. I had booked an Ola Cab for railway station dropping along with my family. On the booking day I was waiting for it but nobody come to my place for pickup, although had received a SMS that so and so driver was coming for pickup along with his contact no. I had call the driver but he refused to come for pickup and told me as he was wake up so early so he is going to sleep although the time was around 7:00 pm. I request him for pickup otherwise I miss the train but he refused it.
Then I call to customer care after 10-12 minutes they respond me, then they put my call on hold and talk to driver, then they told me either I will wait for 45-50 minutes or arranged a conveyance by own self. I was surprised that how they were so much unprofessional.
Some how I reach to railway station via auto rickshaw. I had logged a complaint to Ola regarding this incidence, but instead of apology, they even do not replying my email. They even do not return my coupon amount too.
OLA HAD WORST CAB SERVICES THAT I EVER HAD.
