Extremely poor and customer unfriendly service by Ola Cabs! My wife ordered a Ola Cab pickup from Andheri West today afternoon at 1:20 PM to Andheri East. Ola Cabs allocated White Swift Dzire Cab No. MH 02 CR 1509 for CRN 9282344. The cab did not land up at the proper time, phone calls to the cab driver revealed that he was far off and not in a position to reach on time.
However Ola Cabs on being called, kept on insisting that the cab will reach on time. As the cab did not come, my wife kept calling. Ola Cabs kept her call continuously on hold. Not only did the car not arrive on time, no intimation was provided to her.
Shame on Ola Cabs for such irresponsible behaviour!
