I was using ola cab app since last 2-3 years for booking cabs. I was a frequent user. Even though it is expensive than uber. But in last 6 months the service provided was pathetic. There was some drivers who does not receive your call and some of them just don't want to come to your location. Some of the drivers canceled the booking and I got charged for the same. But still I was using it because at my location ola's availability is better than uber.
But 2 months ago ola app on my mobile stopped working. There is always a technical issues notification whenever I open the app. Even though I called the customer care multiple times. They do not give satisfactory answer.
And now I m left with no other option but use uber and wait for 15-20minutes for every booking. Because ola cab is just not working.
