The pathetic window air conditioner from altech appliance in india. what a bad customer service.
I bought a AC 1 year back and its compressor is not working. I call up the dealer and he mentioned that there will be a visit and no one came.
I put a request online a got message that within 24-48 hours technician will visit you and fix the issue. but no call and no one came. trying to contact dealer but dealer is not responding. I made my complaint and the person on mobile told me that the problem will be solved in 48 hour when nothing was done.
I called them back and they replied that they have storage of workers so it will take another 24 hour, once again nothing was done and I called them again and they used their old words but with harsness, ultimately I called back the dealer and told this bad behavior and he assured me to resolve the problem but after a week my problem is still there and I am beating my head in this hot. so I will suggest not to buy O general because neither the ac is good nor its after sale service.
