I have recently used Nutrilite hair skin nails tab for 10 days(1 pill a day), and observed following side effects.
- joint aches, especially in leg & waist area
- heaviness in head & stomach. also a slight indigestion problem
No visible improvements were observed on hair, skin or nails in 10 days usage.
I am in good health & do not have any issues or fall in category of users which may warrant medical supervision for this supplement . Still I am not generalizing & hope that this happened only in my particular case.
I was forced to discontinue the supplement.
