This is a great phone to have. Have been using this for about 18 months now.
Some of the features I use regularly
Infra red interface for sync'ing my Contacts/Calender/Tasks in Outlook. Helps me remember all the important events and tasks to do. I even record my expenses here and transfer it to my PC for record keeping. The reminds me of all the birthdays and anniversaries which I used to forget earlier.
Helps me take backup of my phone on a PC
I can share common phone numbers with my family
Speaker phone is a great thing when travelling
Exchange business cards using IR
The phone book is extensive with name, mobile, office, home, email, web & specially notes feature.
I even customized the application to have some conversions.
The size of the phone is small and quite easy to carry.
Overall its a great phone to have.
