Hi,
My fiance bought me the Nokia 6270 & frankly.... I'm regretting the decision...
Within 3 days of the purchase... I noticed that the phone restarts/resets whenever there are 2 applications being used simultaneously.
We went to Nokia care imediately but they refused to replace the product saying that the time within whcih they consider replacement is 2 days..... They agreed to service it within a day & upgraded the software but to no use....... I'm still having the problem. Its going to be month now & I have already invested precious time & energy in running behind these nokia care people who hardly care for customer satisfaction or loyalty.
All the phones that I have had before this have been nokia (this being the 4th one) and except for one I've had some problem or the other with all of them. With this one, it crossed the limit because it happened on the 2nd day & it is just unacceptable when you have paid a hard-earned 15k for nothing!!!
Most of all, it spoiled the whole experience of my fiance buying me something, with his first major business profits, all thanks to Nokia & its customer service!!!
