I wanted an Insurance policy and went on policyx.com registered myself, started getting calls for a few days, I was being told that as my mother is diabetic she would not get a insurance policy so I kept searching and finally landed on max bhupa as they promised me that they would cover 3 people on the same policy Me, mother and dad. I had informed them about all the things my mother is diabetic but never or insulin etc. she just controls her diet and manages and manages well, Himanshu Kapoor| Associate RM was in touch with me and was in a hurry to close the sale on 17th April.

On 25th I was told they wanted to do a medical check-up for my mom, on 23th they arranged a medical check-up. On 25th they informed me that they would not be able to cover my mother. So I asked Himanshu Kapoor| Associate RM to arrange for a refund, he had called me back insisted on me taking the policy without my mom which I was never comfortable doing from before so asked him to just process the refund. He informed me that he would arrange a refund in 7 days. Today is 6th so called him back to find out what was the issue. Himanshu Kapoor| Associate RM says he was out of town and will arrange a call back in 10min as he is busy, day is over and he is still busy not called me back.
