Hi Readers,
I am experiencing very treatment from MaxBupa guys.
A) Customer service is poorest and arrogant they literally end up fighting with you.
B) They promise hell lot of things while purchasing policy but most of them are incorrect
like
1) They will tell you complete medical health check up will be conducted after 2 years
but in actual they perform only 3 test(age 50)
2) When I asked them about recorded call conversations, they gave me an edited one. They first deleted the important part and then provided me that.
3) They will not conduct medical check up in Network Hospital they will take you to some shabby lab.
5) These guys score least on commitment basis. For medical check up I called them and Asked about particular date. They said ok. Then I made them aware about I booking Tickets for my parents and myself .
But nobody bothered, I didn't receive a single call from them, forget about medical check up on particular date. Date I asked was Today's Date+ 15 Days. I lost all the money on ticket booking+ Leaves.
C) If you are looking to buy this policy for your parents then I will say you will be screwed up and endanger parents life.
D) They are least bothered to reply to your mails.
Be wise and Say No to concoct MAXBUPA.
