My experience with this hotel stay is horrible. Online booking was made through Makemytrip with 100% payment in 4 months advance but after one month of booking makemytrip called and told me that Hotel will provide complimentary breakfast which was there in 1st agreement. When I checked in the Hotel the unprofessional front office manager told me that you have due of INR 4000/- though I have paid 100% 4 months back. '
I showed them the Makemytrip confirmation letter but till they force me to settle the matter with Makemytrip call center. Hotel rooms are very untidy, provide very old tear-off bed sheet & towel. All the staff are very unprofessional and not have any kind of training for this work. When I ordered mineral water in room with cost INR 30/- per L, they supplied unsealed tap water.
