Myntra is getting a lot of mixed reviews lately. When it was first launched it was a GREAT platform with amazing "real" online deals and discounts.
Now, its not even close to being what it was before.
Why I don't like Myntra anymore -
Slow customer support - response time has really gone down
Low Quality and variety of available products - Clothes/shoes quality as well as variety and prices are atrocious. If you happen to buy something, you will surely refund 50% or more of the products . The quality just does not match the price slabs
Not many deals - the discounts/ deals are usually fake - if you scale up the price and then offer a discount, it's not really a discount, right?
Poor after sales service - delivery and pick up options for reverse pick ups.
