I ordered a pair of Houndstooth jeggings displayed on the site. It looked really amazing on the model but when I received it, the feel & look was a bit different plus it was defected.
I contacted customer care & let them know. They politely addressed my issue but the drawback was that I myself had to courier the product back but it is ok because they also refunded Rs 100 with the total order amount.
It takes a little time because they cannot handle returns & refunds of millions of customers so it's understandable. Also, you can return a product if you don't like it but you'll get points in return.
As a customer you're sitting in the comfort of your home so you should give some credit to the companies & not go bashing them around just cos you haven't gotten your refund in 2-3 days.
Myntra is an amazing website which offers a wide array of everything and anything to shop your heart out. I'm a bit skeptical but I will definitely shop during the sale period!
