'MyGrahak.com' - my ever favorite shopping site!. Review on Mygrahak

Well I am not a web geek and I neither prefer shopping online as I feel its tedious(understanding the tricky procedure), confusing, unsafe and gives you no guarantee for your purchased goods. There is simply no one in person to blame and neither do you have a store where you can walk in and blame for defective items you purchased.its everything on web and'web' as I perceive seems to be a hypothetical world for many out here.especially me

So having said this, one of my friend told me that she purchases groceries and other household items online from this 10 month old online retail site -'MyGrahak.com'.I said fine but dont expect me to do the same.she said why don't you just order few necessary items and see if it works for you.i said fine. I ordered just 2-3 items, like shampoo bottle, hair oil, soap bars, etc.there was'no minimum purchase order' criteria for the items to get home delivered for free.this enthralled me.as the site operates in only Delhi & NCR region, I received my items in 24 hours.yup.! 24 hours!The same day I made a list, ordered items worth Rs 1100 and was happy that I was able to earn some really exciting discounts like 4% off on FMCG items, free gifts on purchase above 1000, bonus points on every Rs. 25 that you spend, which you can redeem later, etc etc. that delighted me really .

see I have made purchase only twice and my experience was really really good.i suggest it to my dear frnds, housewives, working couples who don't want to spend a whole day(particularly weekends) in standing in queues for getting heavy load groceries billed;)
