I am going to gym last 2 years. And at the starting my coach gives me a diet plan but that is not enough for me because I am veery weak. I saw a muscleblaza add on internet and I bought it. After use it my weaknesa is little gone but the effect is my stomach is comes out very much and still is not cut from my body. It is not gives me weight but it gives me incrase ponch and now I am feeling very regret to unheard the tips of my coach. It is such a bad product for weight gainer. It gives double packaging which is good for product.
