I had used MTNL Broadband when I was living in mumbai.I was thinking that mtnl is government company and will provide good service but I was wrong.The service of mtnl was very poor.I faced few problems which I am sharing with you.There first big problem is about connectivity.The MTNL Broadband take more time to connect.I had to tried for ten minutes to connect.If it connect quickly then disconnect with in two minutes. Signals are very low even if you stay in first floor.If I was watching any video on youtube then the video buffers for long time. I took their 1 mbps plan but truth is 1 mbps is only a surfing speed the downloading speed is very low mtnl is cheating people.
