I am using mobikwik since 3 months, witg this experience am writing this review.
I think mobikwik is started with the inspiration from payTM, but it need more improvements in its service to customers.
All of you know mobikwik provides cash back for high amount transactions.mobikwik offers are still same for new users as well as old users.
While coming to its customer service is very poor, because I recently raised issue of not getting recharge of my prepaid airtel number., after 2 days they mailed me your issue is resolved. But still facing that issue, I again and again reopened issue but same situation( i.e upgradation problem) .
But they provide cash back when paying electricity, bus tickets, some other bills are good.
Any way it need lot of developments in their service.
