Dear Friends, Family & even Enemies if I do have any please take a serious note of the following. I recently moved home and I opted to use MM LOGISTICS to make this happen and what a nightmare I was in for only came to me at the end of this move. So the CEO of this company comes home, does a recce of all the stuff that needs to be packed/transported, closer to the date I call to confirm details and I get a msg all set to go.
A day prior he sends another msg stating confirmed at Rs 12000 the negotiate rate for one trip with a 14 feet truck. The day they come and start packaging stuff and loading the vehicle they realize the tempo has lack of space to accommodate all the items(this is after I have already moved my sofas and air conditioners a day prior which was originally to be transferred by MM logistics but I did a day earlier to save time & convenience) anyway I called the CEO to update and he replies that you can understand space requirement by just looking, then why do a recce and why be in the business if you cant anticipate general space requirements.like duh.
Anyways to cut it short he says I need to do a second trip and I would have to pay extra cause of his shortcomings of judgment & sending the wrong size vehicle. So we did second trip then comes time to settle dues and he asks me for another 5 K extra and some extra amounts, When I denied this payment he started cursing and abusing the family and using the most foul language and acting in the most uncouth behavior.
