Hello friends today I am going to share my bad experience with micromax mobile phone. earlier I was using Nokia mobile phone I was very happy with its service but unfortunately one day I lost my Nokia mobile, I had to purchase mobile immediately, apart from calling and chatting, main use of mobile for me is using GPRS service.because my budget was around Rs.3000 and I wanted camera and GPRS service so I brought Micromax Q3 ezpad.but who knew this was biggest mistake of mine in purchasing mobile.
I bought micromax ezpad with Rs.3100 form micromax dealer. I was very happy with its services till 5 months. one day when I was using GPRS service suddenly it got switched off, I tried myself to switch it on but failed, i thought may be minor problem, can be fine with help of my tech savvy friends but even they are failed.
Finally I visited to the same dealer form where I had taken this mobile.he suggested me to visit Authorized customer service(Ansal Fortune Arcade Noida Sec 18)because it was under guarantee period. I got address from him(dealer) and I went to sec 18 but after seeing service center I could not believe that it was authorized service center.i submitted my mobile there after testing it they gave me 30 days(one Month) time period. I was shocked what went wrong. I said them meanwhile what would I do. I suggested them either I should be given spare mobile or should be given within 7days.but they refused to do so.
Because I am in job and family man, so it was very difficult for me to living without mobile so, Next day I took leave from office and visited to other authorized customer service(Noida Sec 12) . It was also in same condition as previous one.After seeing the mobile, his time they refused to even taking it.because mobile was already tested and mobile guarantee seal was opened(by previous center).i discussed with manager a lot but nothing happened.
Again I went to Noida sec 18 service center, now this time they refused to accept it because it was already opened.
they blamed me that I had shown it to other technician.and put one condition on me, if I want to get it repair it will charge Rs. 500 This way I kept moving here and there without any proper solution . so friends I suggest you please don't waste your money on local brands like micromax and purchase branded mobile only.they local brands only know how to make money but don't know how to give proper solution to customer.
Being a Miromax customer I felt following problems:-
1). Lost one day salary and time.
2). given no proper solution in mobile repairing.
3). misbehaved with a customer in Authorized Service Center.
4). Lost of Rs.3100 as micromax q3 ezpad was not not working properly.
5). Invested Rs.7800 for new mobile(Nokia X3-02 Touch and Type).
6). Real Name of micromax q3 ezpad should be Micromax Qki ItsBad.
that day I have decided we should always purchase brand things whether it is Nokia, Samsung or Sony Ericsson.

As user I wouldn't recommend my friends and reader of this review to purchase any product of micromax even with mistake.
