I purchased A350 on 14 March 14. The product is not as good as it was initially projected out to be. Even the so called octacore processor and the 2 GB Ram does not help in running video files which is not a seamless display. Also, the device gets heated up even with 10 minutes of usage.
Yesterday the touch screen started malfunctioning- There has been no physical impact on it. Initially it was a small crack and within two days, it has entirely yielded. I am given to understand that touch screen does not come under warranty. To replace the IPS screen they are charging Rs 7000.
AVOID MICROMAX PRODUCTS - they lack quality and after sales service.
