Never book a meru cab...this is the second time that they cancelled my booking at the last minute.

At the last minute you don't have an option also to do anything about booking from another cab provider. Booking Id that I was given today was 13952516. I booked a cab for 1800 and when I called them at 1745 that I have not got the cab details they told me that no cab is available. Now at 1800 hours they send me the cab details.

I have had such a great experience with Easy Cab. I guess I will stick with them from now onwards.
