The brand Maybelline is one of the popular international cosmetic brand. I have used Maybelline products in the past and have never been dissatisfied, that is until now. My daughters bought Maybelline colossal kajal, it is sleek like a pencil, in appearance and yellow in color. Using it is very simple, no need to sharpen and it can be easily kept in the purse.
From the very first time that I applied it, I felt that it would get smudged very soon. At first I thought that may be I am not applying it correctly. But the problem was not in the way that I was applying, but the kajal quality is like that.
I don't like dark kajal makeup, so I used to just draw one line. I went to the mall after applying it and after one hour went to use the bathroom. I was shocked to see that the kajal had smudged so badly that there were black lines covering the are underneath my eyes. Making it look like I was suffering from a bad case of dark circles.
The price is just Rs. 145 and all the shops with cosmetics will have this kajal pencil available. I would prefer a kajal that I can apply and forget about, not the kind that needs me to run to the washroom or keep checking in the mirror. I saw on the pack that it is smudge-free, which is not true, atleast not in my case.
