I was UNAWARE about the BAD REVIEWS of Matrix cellular on most sites. I bought two sim cards for my US trip. I clearly told Matrix executive about my requirements on phone, SMS, personally and on email. But still I received a Micro Sim instead of Nano. I couldn't use that sim at all still I have been charged 5484/- whereas, the plan opted by me was 499/- with NO DATA requirements.
On other sim I had opted for Data charges, however the rental is unclear on the bill and I have been charged 7804/- whereas, I have opted for 499/- plan.
These amounts were deducted WITHOUT any bills. I had to REQUEST the company that I have been charged already atlist provide me the BILLS.
The executive who sold me the sims has lame excuses like - just left office, on leave, not well, lets others pick call and say we don't know anything and in next minute sends message I am hospitalized.
Tired of explaining things over and over again.
