I have taken a matrix card of Dubai for 16 days. I have returned the card and they have generated a statement for the card. They have charged for arbitrary call durations through out the bill.
They have charged the exchange rate as per the standard chartered bank exchange rate which is far more than the exchange rate by government of India. And these terms they have never mentioned while selling the SIM card to me.
They have taken the credit card number while selling the card, and they have charged as per their wish.
*Matrix Mobile Operator is cheating and robbing openly. The operator should be banned*
