This is the tiny hill state in north-east india, has an ancient history that is closely woven with mysterious cycle of bamboo flowering.when the bamboo flowers, famine and death and destruction will follow.elders say the flowering and fruiting of bamboo takes place at an interval of 40 to 50 years, the menance persists for three years.it was an amazing experience which I cannot describe in words.you will also imagine the people how they do their livelihood.heads off and live and let live.
