Just like cooking in microwave = mw , cleaning in mw is also quick and simple.
every fortnight one can do the following whenever time and ease permits.
1: Put a bowl of water and heat
on high for 2 min.
2: Immediately after take a cloth or a kitchen paper towel and wipe off the moisture in side and on the door.
3: In case there is stubborn stain marks, use liquid or and dish washing soap on the scotch brite and wipe off the stain, then wipe witha kitchen paper towel.
4: In case of burnt marks after usage os griller, apply the vim bar on the marks and leave for 10 min. Then clean as in steps 2, 3.
There are pastes available in US and Australia which are used to remive stubborn marks after long grilling. They work wonder.
