I am writing this review in distress about the magnum Honda service centre at Kanakapura.
They actually damaged my Honda Jazz back right door glass. It was a proper one and when I showed it to them during delivery they denied that it happened at their service centre.
We bought this car just 3 months ago and this was our 2 new free service at this centre. Not only did they deny it but after a while they started blaming us that we did the scratch before.
I have attached picture of the car glass as of now from the service centre and I will attached more photos once I get the right lighting to show the damage.
I dislike the' not my responsibility' and' we did don't do anything so it's your problem' attitude.
I have the job sheet which is a proof that there was no scratch on the glass.
Now the damage is done and it actually shows on the glass. But my fears are worst as the glass once damaged will not take much time break up completely!
I would like post it to concerned authorities at this centre that you centre is the worst and I wouldn't recommend your service centre to any one.
