I recently made a big mistake of ordering the product from amazon which was delivered by Lurap. I contacted the seller about the return and they promised to arrange for a pick up. It has been already 8 days and I was constantly in touch with them and this morning they denied making any promises related to the pick up and also refusing to accept the return.
Also, the product quality is so bad. the material used for making the overcoat is so thin and weird fitting.
Be careful while dealing with this fraud company.
