I'm really very surprised to read so many reviews against Lufthansa.
ON-TIME
Everybody knows that departures and arrivals don't depends only from airlines but, nowdays, mainly for ATC (Air Traffic Control) that gives slot to all airlines.
Another factor is done to weather conditions (i.E. if the runway requires to be cleaned from the snow you can't blame the airline).
So Lufthansa is more or less like other airlines but one point in its favour: its fleet is very young so that delays due to technical reasons are not frequent.
I'm surprise that most critics come from MS members which national airline is one of the worst in punctuality and service

As all german people also the FAs are cold but they always give to passengers the best service in the sky and they always smile!
During the past 5 years I took more than 500 flights with Lufthansa worldwide: I never missed my luggages, the arrival and departure were always within a reasonable delay (20/30 minutes), foods and drinks always of first quality, FAs service perfect.
