I have used more expensive phones loaded with features & my past cell phones include the Nokia 6230, SE K790i, SE C905 etc but have found the most basic features of the LG GM200 i.e. battery life & signal strength far more superiour to the other phones. Was left without my charger(had forgotten it at my friends place for a few days) & was pleasantly surprised that I could still use my cell for 3-4 days before the next recharge.
The sound via the dolby speakers & the handsfree are equally impressive although the 2 mp camera quality is quite average. The menu & java based operating system is easy to use. A couple of features I have always wanted in a cell are also well built into this cell i.e. wireless FM without the handsfree & recording from FM.
There are a few features missing in this cell though, like the lack of recording calls, flash for the camera but overall I feel this cell phone gives brilliant value for money since it cost me just 4000/- bucks with extended warranty. There are other cell phones within the same price range that offer similar features but I feel the one that gives the most bang for your buck.
